Articulate Rise

Articulate’s course authoring app, Rise, is the go-to tool for creating beautiful, responsive online courses. The block-based web authoring experience with our integrated AI Assistant helps you build courses that work on any device, faster than ever. Read on for what’s new in Rise.

Rise’s powerful new features

• Manage Blocks. Reorganize content faster without disrupting your flow state. With Manage Blocks, you can reorder, delete, or drag and drop blocks from one area of your course to another. Did you rethink the content flow? No worries, it’s easy to copy content from one lesson to another within your course to save time.
• Quick Share. When waiting for your LMS admin to upload a course so you can send it to learners isn’t practical, Quick Share is your solution. Publish and track training with a few clicks. Simply share the secure link, and they can start learning without an Articulate account or an LMS.
• AI-Generated Captions. Everyone at work should have equitable access to learning. While captions improve accessibility, manual caption creation can be time-consuming. With this new feature in AI Assistant, you can upload a video, generate captions, and sync them quickly and easily. Then, polish and refine your captions all within the Rise workflow.
• Enhanced AI Image Generation. As AI continues to evolve and improve, Articulate’s image generation evolves, too. We’re dedicated to continuous innovation to give our customers even more accurate image results.

We used the prompt, “A welcome home! banner over a red door on a white house in a photorealistic style,” in Articulate’s AI Assistant to create these images. The image on the left is in the legacy model, while the image on the right is in the improved model. Pretty cool, right?

Articulate Storyline

Articulate’s industry-leading course authoring app, Storyline, is the powerhouse course authoring app for creating custom, interactive e-learning. Build any training you can imagine with integrated AI specifically built for instructional design.

New Storyline features unlocked

• Enhanced AI Image Generation. Just as in Rise, our AI image generation got an overhaul. Prompt from within your authoring workflow to get the precise results you want, including text generation.
• AI JavaScript Entrance Animations. No coding skills? No problem. With AI JavaScript Animations, you can create a no-code animation to bring your course to life. Describe the desired effect, and AI Assistant helps you create it.
• New AI Chat Experience. JavaScript Animations is the first feature to release in our new AI Chat—the same AI Assistant customers know and love—revamped to streamline your workflow.

Articulate Review

Review, Articulate’s integrated collaboration app, makes it easy to coordinate project review, feedback, and approvals.

What’s new in Review

• Annotated Screenshots. Even collaboration within the course can become confusing when it’s unclear where the feedback belongs. Now, you can align with reviewers faster using Annotated Screenshots. Add text, drawings, and shapes to Review screenshots to make directions crystal clear and speed up feedback cycles.

Articulate Localization

Localization has changed the game for global training, helping customers translate training into 80+ languages so learners can train in their preferred language. That doesn’t mean we’ve taken a break since launching the product last year. Check out what’s new in Localization.

What’s new in Localization

• Text-to-Speech Translation. Forget manually localizing every audio file for your learners. Now, you can use AI Assistant to automatically localize audio files.
