Articulate’s AI Assistant turns source materials and even meeting transcripts into course outlines in minutes—something that used to take days or weeks.

For example, the team sought to develop a company culture program. Importing two days of in-person content to AI Assistant helped them go from source material to first draft in just a week. This made it easy to roll out a refresher course ahead of key workshops, and more than 150 employees completed the training.

“With Articulate, we show leaders across the business all they can do to enable their teams,” says Plannett.

Even quiz creation is faster. Using existing materials, the team generated draft assessments in short order, then collaborated with subject-matter experts to finalize the questions. AI speeds up review cycles and lets senior leaders, who often serve as SMEs, focus on big-picture improvements.

“AI Assistant has transformed the way I do my work, and not just in terms of speed and efficiency,” says Plannett. “It has freed up cognitive space for me to think bigger, zoom out, and not get bogged down in administrative tasks.”
