Business Creator Subscription Program Terms of Service

All Business Creator subscriptions are governed by these additional Terms of Service. In the event of conflict with any other terms, these terms control with respect to Business Creator subscriptions.

1. Pricing

The Business Creator Subscription Program (“Business Creator Subscription Program”) is offered with reduced pricing to reflect the Limited Features (“Limited Features”). Pricing is the subscription price set forth on the Price Quote. 

2. Limited Features

Business Creator subscriptions exclude access to or use of Storyline 360, Reach 360, as well as the ability to export a course as an LMS package or web-only output. Articulate reserves the right to modify, update, or revise the features and functionality of Business Creator subscriptions.

3. Eligibility

Business Creator subscriptions may only be deployed to Users that do not currently subscribe to or use Articulate 360. Business Creator subscriptions may not substitute for or replace existing Articulate 360 subscriptions.

Articulate reserves the right to audit eligibility and feature usage. If Customer deploys seats in violation of Sections 2 or 3, Articulate may: (i) require immediate reassignment or termination of non-compliant seats; or (ii) convert such seats to standard Articulate 360 subscriptions at then-current list pricing, retroactive to the date of non-compliance.
