Recently Forteorigen partnered with a global manufacturing company to strengthen its safety culture at a plant in Puerto Rico. The team designed a comprehensive program that combined cohort-based, in-person sessions with a communication campaign, on-the-job activities, and coaching. 

To reinforce and enhance learning, Forteorigen developed eight e-learning modules in Rise. These brought a new level of interactivity and gamification to an audience of middle managers and operators, making complex concepts more engaging and easier to apply.
