In passato, creare nuovi corsi e-learning, soprattutto per aggiornamenti più complessi, era un processo lungo. To keep pace with its fast-moving product changes, the team needed a more agile way to create engaging, just-in-time training—especially for feature rollouts and migrations. They began using Articulate’s AI features in their existing Rise creation workflow to accelerate their output and elevate course consistency.

At first, the Sr. Technical Writer hesitated. “I’d been avoiding AI tools,” she says. “I worried they would take my job. But when I used Articulate’s AI features, I realized they weren’t going to replace me—they could supercharge me.”

The Sr. Technical Writer used AI in Rise to generate first-draft lesson outlines from existing documentation, write quiz questions from lesson text, recommend images to match lesson themes, and adjust the tone of technical content to be more friendly and engaging.

“Articulate’s AI features changed the game,” she says. “Suddenly, I wasn’t just keeping up—I was ahead of the curve.”

For her first AI-assisted course on a critical feature migration, the Sr. Technical Writer converted documentation from Product and Engineering SMEs into structured lesson blocks in Rise. She supplied source material and Articulate’s AI drafted knowledge check questions, learning objectives, and concise copy for introductions and feedback. In just two days, her team had reviewed content that previously took them weeks to refine.

The results proved the value of Articulate 360 AI. The feature migration course was ready for rollout in just five working days—60 percent faster than the team’s historical average. SME and peer review timelines dropped by more than half, and learners responded enthusiastically: 92 percent rated the course as “engaging” or “very engaging.”

Articulate’s AI audio features, she notes, were key to this engagement. She was impressed with how realistic the voices sounded, and even tested them on a few colleagues, who didn’t realize they were AI-generated.

Beyond efficiency, this shift also advanced the Enablement team’s mission to deliver powerful learning. With AI, audio updates that once required hours of re-recording are now instantaneous. “Previously, if a section changed, I’d have to re-record the entire voiceover,” the Sr. Technical Writer explains. “But now, with Articulate’s AI audio features, I update a paragraph, and the audio is instantly refreshed. It enables us to include more audio, make content more accessible to more learners, and keep everything current without delay.”

Following the first project’s success, the enablement team plans to expand its use of Articulate’s AI features to all product release training. Next up: Developing an AI style guide to ensure consistent tone and structure, and training instructional designers in prompt engineering to get the most value out of Articulate 360 AI.
