Published Content Launches a Blank Window in an LMS

If you see only a blank window when launching an Articulate course in your learning management system (LMS), it may be caused by a specific version of Java Runtime Environment installed on your computer.
Articulate content doesn't use Java, but some LMSs require it. If this issue occurs, here are some recommendations:
- Contact your LMS provider to discuss possible solutions.
- Downgrade your version of Java Runtime Environment to a version that's supported by your LMS.
