We're Changing Articulate 360 Pricing on July 1, 2024

We appreciate that you’ve chosen Articulate 360 as your e-learning platform for creating workplace training. Articulate 360 includes everything you need to create online learning, including award-winning authoring apps, 12+ million course assets, a project review app, and live and on-demand training. With Articulate 360 Teams, you also get exclusive collaboration features, easy account management, priority support, unlimited storage space, and a frictionless LMS.

Our goal has always been to empower creators to develop engaging learning experiences that drive business outcomes and unlock human potential. To meet that goal, we continue to make exciting additions to Articulate 360. Over the past year, we delivered 100+ features to improve our authoring apps, dozens of accessibility enhancements to make e-learning more inclusive, and 350+ live webinars to help creators build more effective training. Teams subscriptions also now include a Reach 360 starter plan with 300 active learners per year at no additional cost. And we’re not done: Check out our feature roadmap to see what we’re working on next, including Articulate AI.

To continue investing in our products, providing industry-leading tools, and boosting our customer support and education efforts, we are increasing Articulate 360 subscription pricing on July 1st, 2024.

• The new per-seat price for Articulate 360 Teams will be $1,499 annually.
• The new price for Articulate 360 Personal will be $1,199 annually.

You’ll see this increase in your next renewal. If you have a multi-year plan with locked pricing, your rate won't increase until your contract ends. If you aren’t on a multi-year plan, let us know if you want to discuss how a longer plan term can give you more flexibility.

Additionally, new subscriptions eligible for academic discounts will receive a 25% discount starting July 1st, 2024. 

• The new per-seat price for Articulate 360 Teams subscriptions eligible for academic discounts will be $1,124 per seat annually.
• The new price for an Articulate 360 Personal subscription eligible for an academic discount will be $899 annually.

If your existing subscription is eligible for an academic discount, you will continue to receive a 50% discount as long as the subscription remains active. Additional seats added to these subscriptions will also enjoy the same discount rate. If the subscription lapses, you’ll receive a 25% discount when you resubscribe.
