Storyline 360 and Storyline 3: How Masking Animations and Transitions Work in in HTML5 Output

Some web browsers have better HTML5 support than others. One example of this is how they handle masking animations, such as split, wheel, and wipe. To be specific:
- All Storyline 360 and Storyline 3 animations and transitions work as expected in desktop versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
- Masking animations behave like fade animations in mobile Chrome and mobile Safari.
- Masking animations don't work in Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge (or CD-published output).
