Incorrect System Time

If your system clock has the wrong time, you won't be able to sign in. Reset your system time, as described below, then try signing in again.

Windows 11:

  1. Right-click the clock on your taskbar and choose Adjust date and time.
  2. When your settings appear, turn on the option to Set time automatically or enter the correct date and time manually.
  3. Close the settings window, then restart the Articulate 360 desktop app and sign in.

Windows 10:

  1. Right-click the clock on your taskbar and choose Adjust date/time.
  2. When your settings appear, turn on the option to Set time automatically or enter the correct date and time manually.
  3. Close the settings window, then restart the Articulate 360 desktop app and sign in.

Outdated Desktop App

Older versions of the Articulate 360 desktop app expired in August 2021. If your desktop app is outdated, download and install the latest update, and then you can sign back in and continue working as usual.

Note that you only need to update the Articulate 360 desktop app. We recommend updating your authoring apps too, but it’s not required. So you can still use older versions of Storyline 360, Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360.
