Do you have Platinum Membership Plans beyond three years?

Not at this time. You'll need to renew your subscription after three years.

Do I get telephone support with my Platinum Membership Plan?

There's no phone support included. However, you receive a discount on the Articulate Live Conference support ($40 discount per incident) and you receive priority email support. A real person will respond to your emails 24/7. When available, live chat support is provided exclusively to Platinum Membership Plan subscribers.

How do I access live chat support?

Look for instructions on your Platinum Membership Plan email. If you don't have the email, contact Articulate support for help.

What dates do my Platinum Membership Plan term start and end?

Your subscription starts the date Articulate emails product serial numbers to you. Depending on the Platinum Membership Plan you choose, your plan expires 12, 24, or 36 months from this date.

What upgrades can I get with my Platinum Membership Plan?

Platinum Membership Plan subscribers qualify for an upgrade to the product associated with their Platinum Membership Plan. For example, if you bought Articulate Presenter ’09 with the Platinum Membership Plan, you'll receive the Articulate Presenter ’13 upgrade for free. If you purchased Articulate Studio ’09 Pro with the Platinum Membership Plan, you’ll receive the Articulate Studio ’13 Pro upgrade for free.

Customers who have Platinum Membership Plan subscriptions for the individual products associated with either of the Studio packages can upgrade to that package as well. For example, if you purchased Articulate Presenter ’09 and Articulate Quizmaker ’09 individually, each with the Platinum Membership Plan, you can upgrade to Articulate Studio ’13 Standard.

Can I upgrade the individual products of Articulate Studio at one time?

You can upgrade an entire Articulate Studio suite all at once, or you can upgrade Articulate Presenter, Articulate Quizmaker, and/or Articulate Engage one at a time.

Why was my upgrade denied?

There are several reasons why your upgrade request may have been rejected:

  • Your product and corresponding Platinum Membership Plan were purchased separately.
  • Your product does not have an associated Platinum Membership Plan.
  • Your product has already been upgraded.
What happens if Articulate doesn't release a version upgrade to the software I bought during the course of my Platinum Membership Plan term?

If your term expires before you receive your upgrade, you can redeem your upgrade when the next major version of your software is released.
