If you are not a current Platinum Membership Plan customer, you can purchase an upgrade at the Articulate Store (have your serial number handy and click the “Upgrades” tab in the Store). If you do not have your current serial number, please contact us for assistance.

If you’re a current Platinum Membership Plan customer and entitled to a free product upgrade, you can visit the Platinum Membership Plan Upgrade Site to check your eligibility and receive new product serial number(s) and download links.
