If you're experiencing issues with audio you've imported or recorded in Articulate, such as "tinny" or "chipmunk" sounds, there are a few things you can do to make sure your audio plays correctly. If you're importing audio, review the WAV and MP3 settings below. If you're recording narration, you may need to adjust your microphone's levels as described at the end of this article.
We recommend using 16 bit 44 KHZ PCM WAV files for best results. If your WAV file doesn't meet these guidelines, you can convert your WAV file using a free audio editing tool, such as Audacity or iTunes.

If you're importing MP3 files, make sure you're using flash-supported MP3 files.
If you're recording narration, you may need to adjust your mic levels to prevent pops, clicks, and other unwanted artifacts:
