If you would like to transfer a software license from one computer to another for the same user, please follow the version specific steps below:
If you're using Articulate Presenter 5:
If you're using Articulate Presenter 4 or earlier:
The Articulate End User License Agreement (EULA) does not permit transferring software to another user. If there is a special condition that would require a transfer, such as an employee leaving the company, you would have to request consent and receive permission from Articulate.
Note that if you were directed to this page by Articulate Support via an existing case, you don’t need to create a new case; you can reply to the email from us to request consent. Please be sure to tell us why you need to transfer the license to a new user.
