Learn About Upgrading to Presenter '09
The following release information applies to Presenter Professional only (not Presenter Standard).
You can update to this version by going to PowerPoint -> Articulate -> About Articulate Presenter -> Check for updates and following the instructions you'll see.
The following items were Addressed in Articulate Presenter 5.2, which was released January 30, 2007:
- Added Articulate Online integration
- Added full support for Internet Explorer 7
- Added a copy of the EULA to the Presenter folder
- Improved LMS support (true/false localization issues for languages such as Russian; question description was not reported at all in SCORM 2004; added Safari support; added better handling for international characters)
- Fixed issue where deselecting Standard view mode disables all panels in the Player Template Builder
- Fixed issue where in some instances the Engage icon would have a grey background
- Fixed issue where other add-ins icons would be replaced with the Articulate Engage icon
- Fixed issue where a presentation with a Quizmaker quiz on first publish would use view based completion
- Fixed issue where MP3 files with long filenames would fail to import
- Fixed issue where line tool objects would not display when published
- Fixed grammatical issues with Learning Games
- Fixed issue where, in some instances, notes would not be scrollable using slider
- Fixed issue where Presenter details were always blank when publishing to Word
- Fixed issue where the Cancel button would not work during publish
- Fixed issue where combining non-western and western fonts in a text box would distort characters upon publish
- Fixed issue where browse for INTR file always defaults to My Articulate Projects folder
