Standard .WAV format is PCM. If your .WAV file is a format other than PCM, it might not sound right after importing via Articulate Presenter and publishing.
You can determine the format of your .WAV file by right-clicking on it and selecting Properties.
If your .WAV file is something other than PCM, use an audio editing tool such as those recommended here to regenerate it.
Articulate recommends using 16 bit 44 khz PCM .WAV files for best results.
