Purchases    Articulate Online cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by submitting an Articulate Online Cancellation Request. This cancellation request must be submitted by an account administrator or the original purchaser and cannot be accepted by any other contact.

If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up term, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.

Your Articulate Online plan will automatically renew. The monthly plan will bill each month on the same day as the plan start date. The annual plan will automatically re-bill 13 months from the initial plan start date. The payment method used for your original purchase will be charged accordingly for all subsequent cycles until you submit a formal cancellation.

The Articulate Online Service is billed in advance on a term basis (monthly or annually) and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial term service, partial term upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for terms unused with an open account.

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.

All of your Content and reporting data will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is canceled.
