Latest Update: May 8, 2009.

General    Issues addressed in the latest Articulate Online update

The following items were addressed in the May 8, 2009 update:

  • Added option in Settings to disable home page reports. This option can speed up login time for Administrators and Publishers.
  • Improved memory handling.
  • Fixed issue where content would hang on high traffic accounts.

The following item was addressed in the March 30, 2009 update:

  • Added support for tracking Quizmaker ‘09 quizzes and Engage ‘09 interactions in Internet Explorer 8 (IE8)

The following items were addressed in the March 2, 2009 update:

  • Added Engage interactions to the Content Summary on home page
  • Addressed issues with AutoLogin API function
  • Addressed issue with Engage content invites
  • Addressed issues where content list wouldn’t load if document was corrupted
  • Addressed issues where you couldn’t run Answer Breakdown on Presenter 5 presentations updated to Presenter ‘09

The following items were addressed in the January 20, 2009 update:

  • Added Job Title and Department to CSV/XML reports
  • Added Engage ‘09 to Getting Started email
  • Fixed issue with Quizmaker ‘09 surveys in Presenter ‘09
  • Fixed issue where user could add multiple periods to domain name when changing domain

The following items were addressed in the December 22, 2008 update:

  • Added Articulate Online API functionality
  • Added duration to exported CSV and XML reports
  • Presenter ‘09 content will now prompt to overwrite Presenter 5 content with the same name

The following items were addressed in the October 25, 2008 update:

  • Added support for Flash Player 10 and Presenter 5 content
  • Added ability to include full user profile information in exported CSV/XML reports
  • Added support for Chrome and Safari in admin console
  • Fixed display issues in Firefox 3
  • Fixed issue where you couldn’t run reports on deleted content
  • Fixed issue where some users would get “Page Not Available” when launching content via User Portal
  • Fixed issue where Studio ‘09 content would default to public after uploading

The following item was addressed in the April 25, 2008 update:

  • Fixed issue that arose in 1.7 release wherein publishers were unable to publish to accounts.

The following items were addressed in the released April 12, 2008 update:

  • Migrated system infrastructure to Rackspace
  • Improved performance for accounts with more than 1,000 users
  • Fixed issue where it was not possible to run Attempt Detail Report on surveys
  • Fixed issue of getting timeout when running reports on Greek surveys
  • Fixed issue wherein commas in Quizmaker quizzes caused errors with some reports
  • Fixed issue where occasionally administrators couldn’t upload existing users into existing groups
  • Fixed issue where administrator could lock himself out of account
  • Corrected links to support site on error pages

The following item was addressed in the November 12, 2007 update:

  • Fixed issue where user would occasionally receive a timeout message or page unavailable

The following items were addressed in the July 2, 2007 update:

  • Fixed issue where cached version of the history report was wrong
  • Fixed issue where in some instances admins couldn’t change users’ passwords

  • Enhanced performance and speed of site
  • Added ability to add service announcement to home page for admins
  • Added option for making content private by default
  • Added display of current account name above “New Account Name” on Settings tab
  • Added date/time to exported CSV and XML
  • Removed on hold message from viewer portal when account was on hold
  • Removed page title from intermediate login page that said “Articulate Online: Choose Accounts”
  • Removed “Product” from exported history reports
  • Removed ability to run answer breakdown report on a presentations when updated to quizzes
  • Removed “Preview User Portal” link when “Enable User Portal” is turned off
  • Fixed issue where tags in user portal would display if there were no content items for that tag

  • Fixed issue where CSV of User Activity reports would not open in Excel
  • Fixed issue where E-mail was not hyphenated on reset password and guestbook pages
  • Fixed issue where Answer Breakdown report showed less than sign as <
  • Fixed issue where attempt detail was visible in User Portal even though history reports were turned off
  • Fixed issue where answer breakdown report would prompt for revision if only one revision had views
  • Fixed issue where running answer breakdown report on a group caused error

  • Fixed issue that caused attempts for very long presentations and quizzes to be recorded incorrectly
