User Portal overview
The Articulate Online User Portal allows your private users to securely login to a personalized training site to view and access all content items that site administrators or publishers have assigned to them.

Users access your User Portal by visiting your site’s URL. For example, if your account name is training.articulate-online.com, users can login to your User Portal by visiting https://training.articulate-online.com. This is the same URL you use to login to your account as an administrator or publisher.
Private users who access the User Portal will be able to do all of the following, depending on what settings site administrators or publishers have set (see below section for more on admin settings):
- See a list of all Content items they have permission to access
- Launch any content item in the portal
- See a status of the content item (not viewed, percentage complete, or quiz score)
- View the history of each content item for each access:
- Date/Time
- Status
- Score
- Viewed
- Duration
- Click a score (e.g., 85%) to view a report where to see how the user answered each question in a quiz
- Export history data (print as PDF, email, or export as CSV, PDF, or XML)
- Sort the content list by Title or Status of content items
- Assign Tags to each content item for easier grouping and accessibility
