After you buy an Articulate software product, you’ll receive an email with download instructions and a serial number. If you don’t receive an email within an hour, check your spam folder for an email from Articulate support.
You can install our authoring software on two computers—such as a home computer and a work computer, or a desktop and a laptop—for your use only. If you get a message that you've exceeded permitted activations, you may need to uninstall the software on an old computer or buy additional licenses. There's no restriction on the number of people who view your published content. See the Articulate End-User License Agreement (EULA) for additional details.
Yes. Connect to the internet, then uninstall the software from your old computer (Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs) to release the registration from the computer. Then install the software on your new computer by following the activation instructions you received when you purchased your software. If you don't have this email, contact Articulate support for help.

Make sure you have your serial numbers on hand. If you're a current Premium Membership Plan member, request your free upgrade. Otherwise, visit the store, choose your upgrade, and enter your current serial numbers in the store order comments for proof of eligibility.
If you purchased a previous version of software within 30 days of the new release, we'll give you a free upgrade to the current version. Just contact us with your order number and serial number.

You can upgrade each product to the new version of the same product. If you have all the individual products of Articulate Studio suites (Pro or Standard), you can upgrade to the newest version of that suite.
