What's the difference between Articulate Storyline and Articulate Studio?

Storyline is a standalone product that let's you add interactivity with unrivaled ease and speed, build drag-and-drop interactions with just a few clicks, add software simulations in multiple modes without re-recording, create virtually any type of quiz you want, and more. You can also publish your course in multiple formats, including Flash, HTML5, and iOS (for viewing on the iPad).

The Articulate Studio suite is designed for people who need to author courses in PowerPoint. Studio does not include slide layers, triggers, or states—the features in Storyline that let you create virtually any type of interactivity. Studio does not have built-in characters, screen recording, software simulation, or free-form quizzing capabilities. You can publish Studio content to Flash, but not to HTML5 or iOS.
