		<description>I can&#039;t seem to make this work. When I insert the clip art and ungroup everything, it still acts as one image. If I select a section of it and cut it, it cuts the whole image. If I make one section bigger, it makes the whole image bigger. If I select a section and &quot;bring to front,&quot; nothing changes. What am I doing wrong?</description>

WMF = you can ungroup
GIGF/JPG = you can&#039;t ungroup</description>
