Lightbulb Video Encoder 09 issue

I have imported a Windows media video into the encoder however i cannot play it to edit it properly. "playback is disabled because of the videos codec". If i click on the option learn about codecs it does nothing so im complety stuck , can anyone help me

Hi SARB. You should check out this thread...although it does not discuss exactly what you encountered, there's a darn good chance that the suggested solution will work for you too.

BTW, there's now a dedicated forum for Articulate Video Encoder...so any inquiries about this software should ideally go there.
