Default updated, but still not working

Hi- I am just trying to view a presentation, but I get the blank screen shown. I downloaded the update, scanned my computer (found no files for updating), and no change. I am a computer moron, but I tried to follow the instructions. I'm not sure what other info you need. Thanks for any help!

Hi, Dave! Are you a developer or just a learner viewing content produced by someone else? Are you viewing the content on a server, on a CD, on your PC, etc.?

I am a supplier trying view content from our customer on my PC. I am running Windows XP, 2002, Service Pack 3 if that helps. I have never used your software before. Thanks!

So you're saying the problem is on the presenter's end, and even though I downloaded the Flash 10 updater, I can't view it unless they fix it on their end first?

That's correct, Dave S.: The person who created the content needs to update it. You could also view it with a previous version of Flash Player in the meantime.
