Make sure you're using the latest version of the updater

Since the original October 15, 2008 release of the Articulate Updater for Adobe Flash Player 10, we've released a few point releases of the updater.

If you're running into any issues with your installed version of the updater, the first thing you should confirm is that you're using the latest version. If you're not, then uninstall your current version and download and install the latest.

Current version details:

• Latest: 1.0.902.2416
• Released: Thursday, February 26, 2009

Find your installed version number in the lower left-hand corner of the updater launch screen, as shown below.

Thursday, February 26, 2009: Released version 1.0.902.2416, which addressed the following issues:

• Added checking for two previously unknown stealthray.swf versions
• Improved handling of some FTP servers

Tuesday, November 25, 2008: Released version 1.0.811.2510, which addressed the following issues:

• Added support for updating zip files locally and via FTP
• Added support for recognizing Presenter '09 Update 1 stealthray.swf files as good
• Added support for updating short-lived Engage 1.2 release from April 2008
• Fixed issue with FTP LIST Parse error experienced by some customers
• Removed support for backing up installed player files (C:\Program Files\Articulate\Presenter)
