Quizmaker Issues

I have recently created some quizzes that draws from a pool of questions to include 10 of them randomly. I have run into two problems with this:

1) In the Portal, the quizzes do not always offer 10 questions. Sometimes the quiz will complete after only 3 or only 4 or 9, rather than getting all the way to 10. Then it just scores the quiz out of the 3 or 4 that it gave you.

2) Sometimes when it does offer all 10, but you have not gotten a passing score, it doesn't display a finish button. All you can do is review all of your response, but not change them, and there's no way to get out of the quiz.

Has anybody else run into these problems or know solutions to them? Thanks.

I to have just has a similar experience I have republished on a number of times and reinserted and the questions only get to 4 or 5 and the finish button appears?

The issue is typically caused by setting the branching for a question to the end of the quiz. So, check that first. If you continue to have problems, please submit a support case to us by using the link below:
