How to synchronize closed captioning and call out graphics with video in Quizmaker

I wanted to share an example that demonstrates how to sync both text and call outs to video in Quizmaker. While syncing is also possible in Presenter, the benefit to using Quizmaker is you can overlay your graphics over the actual video.

This is possible in part to Quizmaker's timeline which enables us to move objects above the video layer.
