Presenter 5 smartart animation PPT 2007 not working

I am using a smartart list in PPT 2007 with animation, one at a time, but after I publish it all items show and on each click the screen flashes. Any idea how I can fix this?

AP5 doesn't really support PPT2K7 SmartArt. Then again, AP09 doesn't do such a great job with it, either (although it was supposed to).

That's disappointing....I have '09 and PPT 2007

Thanks for saying so, though. I was experiencing a failure of the animation this morning myself.
