Exclamation AP09 PPT2007 ribbon after upgrading to V6.0.811.1819 Pro inactive

Since I upgraded my Studio`09 installation to the recent version this morning I am not able to select any functions from the AP ribbon in PPT2007. The ribbon is there but that`s it .. The About screen shows "Evaluation Copy" and does not offer any registration option :-(

For the other modules (QM09, EN09 and VE09) I had to re-register online but they run smoothly.

Any thoughts?
Thx, Andy

Have you tried uninstalling AP09 and then re-installing? That worked for one of our people.

Before that, Articulate had her try double-clicking on the C:\Program Files\Articulate\Presenter\common\RegisterAssembly .exe file and then starting PPT. That is supposed to work for some people.

Hey Gerry

Thanks a ton!
The RegisterAssembly.exe thing did the trick :-)

Cheers

That's great.

(Even an old squirrel like me can find an acorn sometimes . . . ).
