Default .pdfs and web objects

I know you can link a webpage and have it show up as a web object within a packaged Articulate piece. Is there a way to do something similar with a .pdf? I'd like users to see the .pdf side by side with some content and the web object seems to be a good way to do it. This will be a packaged cd

thanks

Are you just wanting them to see the PDF or dowload and print the PDF? If you just want them to see it, then you may want to try and capture it using something like Snag it

I would suggest using the attachments feature found at: http://www.articulate.com/support/he...ttachments.htm

If you include the PDF as a web object, it's going to do basically the same thing. The only disadvantage is that you're going to have to actually tell the user to click the "Attachments" link & download the PDF. Otherwise, I suggest taking high-res screenshots of the PDF & pasting them as images next to the content in your presentation. That's the only true way to get them "side by side."
