remove thumbails from attachments

Hello all,

I would like to have the ability to remove the attachment thumbnails from the attachments menu. Is this possible?

I understand there is a tb#.swf file in the published project that have the thumbnails for the attachments- what happens if it changes size or gets deleted altogether?

I tried out deleting the thumbnail, and the project showed an empty box with the same dimensions. This makes me think the thumbnail size is hard-coded and not easy to change.

Anyone with any experience in changing the appearance of the Attachments menu?
