Player Template Builder not saving settings

I have used the Player Tempate Builder to build a template and have had a few attempts from scratch starting with a new file name. When I publish not all the player settings I have selected are being activated i.e.:

• My navigation bar at the bottom is not displaying and I always have to go the the bottom right corner to activate it for each slide
• Buttons I turn off are appearing like the Attachments button in the upper right
• And the notes button is appearing in my navigation bars even though I have it turned off

I am not sure how many whays I can change the settings but I am pretty sure I have tried them all and in all combinations! Thanks.

Hi Patrick,

Check the following:

In the Player Template Builder, Layout tab, check the settings you have checked under Player Controls - do you have the "Display Forward/Back/Pause" checkbox checked?

In the Player Template Builder, on the Layout tab, in the Toolbar Menu, do you have the "Enable attachments tool" checkbox checked?

For the Notes button, check the Other tab and the Other section. Do you have the "Show slide notes button at bottom" checkbox checked?
