Per company policy we do not announce features in future releases. I would suggest submitting a feature request if you are looking for a French version of the user interface of the application. If you are looking to create French presentations this can already be done. A good starting point to learn about localizing your content would be Gabe's blog article:
Localization Guidelines

We do not announce features for future product releases in advance of their release. This is company policy so whether a feature is or isn't being implemented is not something they would know nor is it something we would announce. I can't tell you whether or not we will be implementing a French user interface but I would suggest submitting a feature request if this is something that interests you.
