Imported Audio Won't Play

I imported audio into Presenter then published it to web and the sound will not play on the Player. Also, when I published it for the LMS - the player would not play. What am I doing wrong?

Hi jlkrogers. Just checking...are the audio files in the 16-bit/44.1Khz WAV format? This is the ideal format for audio being imported into Articulate.

Is that is not the problem, please let us know.
