After making these changes, we ran our output through a SCORM test utility, and we get the following errors. Has anyone else seen this? If so, how did you get around it?
ERROR: TargetNamespace.1: Expecting namespace 'http://www.sumtotalsystems.com/xsd/c2l_cp_rootv1p1', but the target namespace of the schema document is 'http://www.click2learn.com/xsd/c2l_cp_rootv1p1'. line: 4, col: 247 ERROR: cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'c2lcp:ItemDataExtra'. line: 291, col: 23 |

Does SumTotal give you an error when importing the SCORM package? We are using the same work around in our imsmanifest files and don't have any problems with it.

Well, this error is reported when we run the course through ADL Test Suite.
We do not see the error when we test the original, unedited imsmanifest file. It does not seem to cause any errors in our courses running in the LMS, however it is hard to say because we do see occasional failures of courses passing course completion status to the LMS. |

As stated above in Brian's post, if you follow these steps you shouldn't have to manipulate your published files anymore:
Hope this helps...

I haven't personally experienced any of the inconsistencies you mention on course completions but will keep on the look out...

Hello,
I tried the code above and could not get it to work. SumTotal worked with me and helped me change some things so now I was able to get rid of the nav bar. The problem is now I can't get the course to open in full screen! ![]() |

Did it open full screen before? As I recall, you can set the window dimensions in the imsmanifest.xml file, but if you don't, it defaults to 800 by 600...

I believe it was opening 800x600 before as well. However I can't seem to copy and paste the modifications that SumTotal made into an published Articulate file so I am stuck with a manifest that has no nav bar but opens at 800x600.
