It sounds like those end-users do not have the most current version of Flash Player. While the Articulate content only requires Flash Player 6, it's likely the Captivate content requires Flash Player 8 or even higher.

Kim, I had a similar issue. My colleague inserted the web object and published. She was able to view the Captivate demo in the published product, but I just saw a blank screen. We are both using the same version of PowerPoint, Articulate and Captivate. I'm also using Flash 10.

Sounds like the old issue with Flash Player 10.
