Hi,
I inserted a talking head video in the panel, but the quality of the video is good. When I play the flv file in a standalone player, the quality is much higher. Can anyone help me with this? Is there a particular setting for the video quality? Manu thanks, Nathan |

Hello Nathan,
Articulate Presenter shouldn't change the quality of your inserted video at all. Your FLV should be published more or less unmolested. Do you have the sample FLV that I can take a look at? I have not heard of a standalone FLV player, but I can try running it through Flash and then AP and see if I notice anything.

Hi there,
I am working on a presentation where I have 4 slides and each have a video in the presenter panel. Its a MP4 file. All of the videos have been created with the same settings. No change. When I play the videos in quicktime player or preview slides in Articulate, the videos are fine and of high quality. The funny thing is when I publish the presentation, the video on the first screen is very low quality (I can actually see pixels) but the others are perfect. I am really confused why this is happening. Need help!!

Hi alizaheer,
It sounds like your presentation is set to fill the browser window. If you go into Player Templates and change this to "lock player to optimized size", you'll find that the video's quality is the same as in the preview. Other – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help

Hi beeneeb,
Thank GOD! Phew! It worked. you're a star my friend. Thanks again. Ive been locating all video editables and comparing the publishing properties. Its strange that all videos were working fine except for the first one and the locking feature solved the issue with the first video. Still not sure but thanks again!!
