I tried the language bar fix, the box wasn't checked so that isn't the answer for me. Any other solutions?

Hi hstokes,
First, make sure you're using the latest version of the Articulate software as suggested here: Annotation window isn’t working as expected – Articulate Presenter ’09 Knowledge Base Then, check that your DPI is set to 96 instead of 120: Presenter ’09 DPI support – Articulate Presenter ’09 Knowledge Base If you continue to have issues, please submit a support case to us by using the link below: Articulate Support – Choose Method

DPI was set correctly and I reloaded Articulate even though it's only a couple months old. Still got the "up and right" issue. I can deal with it for now, but would like to fix it for future use.
