Default Changing font, style and size in narration pane.

Might be a stupid question but here goes. I have power point 2003. In my notes section on my slides, I change the font to Arial 12 point black so that they can be read better by my SMEs who are recording the narration.

Problem is they appear as 10 point Times Roman when I go to Record narration in Articulate. I have read your threads on narrations but do not see how I can change the font style and size in narration link. I can add narration but how do I change it??

My SMEs are older people with less eye vision. Thank you

Hi trimble50310,

Do the notes show up properly when you actually publish your presentation?

????? If I am publishing it, then I should not need to read the notes anymore right?? The notes are in order and laid out like the notes section of the Powerpoint, they are just too small and keep appearing in TimeRoman no matter how many times I try to change them in the Poer Point page.

Am I missing something? I am not a complete expert with Power Point but know my way around pretty good.

I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.

Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Articulate Support - Upload Your Files for Review

Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.

I found a work around. I go into View in Power Point, click on Notes page and then go into each page and change the font and color. Ariel still will not work in the notes pane but Ariel Black and Ariel thin will work so I'll make do. At least I can enlarge the size to 16pt font.

Thanks for your help

That's weird. You might want to try reinstalling Arial. You could try reinstalling it using this EXE from Microsoft:
