Hey Everyone,
I am looking for some help. I have published my presenter file that includes both Engage and Quizmaker files. The Engage files load successfully however the Quizmaker files just hang (the circle just keeps going around and around). Am I missing something??? Thanks so much, Nicole |

Hello and welcome to the forums! Sometimes this is related to the directory path you are publishing from or publishing to.
1. I would first make sure your files are located on your local drive, not a network drive. Working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior. If your content is on a network drive, you can easily transfer your project to your local drive by creating a Presenter package. Steps are outlined here: Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ‘09 Help 2. Next, you should quit PowerPoint. 3. Locate the zip file you created and unzip it. You can do this by right clicking the file and selecting Extract and follow the prompts to unzip the file. 4. Open the PowerPoint file and publish to a folder on your local drive. Regarding publish locations, you should also make sure that your publish location is a directory path that is smaller than 256 characters. So something I would recommend doing just to make sure it works. Create a folder here: C:\Articulate Place the project there. Create a new folder: C:\Articulate Publish Publish there. If none of these steps resolve your issue I would simply make sure that your project is located on your local drive and delete the quizzes. Reinsert them. Republish.

Justin,
THANK YOU SO MUCH. I was actually working off of a local drive however the path to get there must have been too long. I followed your instructions and it worked like a charm. I really appreciate your help! Nicole ![]() |
