Hi all,
we have a number of SCORM packages created with Presenter, Engage and Quizmaker all sitting on a Moodle site. They all run fine with both IE and Firefox except... Seemingly randomly Firefox crashes on exit from the module. The browser shuts down completely and a Crash Report box appears from Mozilla. How do we go about fault-finding this? cheers JB |

Hi JB and welcome to the forums,
Most LMS issues can be resolved by following the troubleshooting steps here: 9 Ways to Troubleshoot Articulate & LMS Issues - Articulate – Word of Mouth Blog If you continue to have problems, I recommend that you run an LMS debug log by using the method described in the link below: Enable LMS debug mode – Articulate Presenter ‘09 Knowledge Base The debug log should be able to tell us exactly when/where the issue is occurring. Please feel free to post the debug log as an attachment in your reply.

HI,
I was going to follow up an old post where I had asked a similar question. In my case, I had the settings so that the presentation would open in a new window. The quiz would crash upon completion. I went back and saw that I had forgotten to add a % sign after the height and width of the window: I had it just for 100 for both. After I added the % sign, it stopped crashing. Of course, it could have been gremlins who are taking a short break... Joe |
