We use Articulate presenter as a great way to help clients showcase their products & services. We just created a new presentation for a client who sells products for individual investors (stock & option recommendations, investor education, etc.).
We turned off almost all of the standard player options for this presentation (just the play/pause button remains). Then, we built in customized, interactive navigation and used a lot of layered graphics. The client sells products by subscription, so we broke the presentation into several segments and used (always) on screen navigation so that the viewer could jump to any segment at any time. A core mission of the presentation is to win new website registrations, so we also make a lot of efforts to get the viewer to click a button to register for the website. Here's a link to the presentation: OptionChronicle.com - Tour This Website Just click the animated movie projector there to start the presentation. Give it a look and let me know what you think. Please send any constructive feedback- positive or negative- directly to me at Darryl@BigInnovations.com. Thanks! Last edited by BigInnovations.com : 08-30-2008 at 02:46 PM. |

I've used SnagIt, Camtasia and DubtIt for what seems like forever. SnagIt 9 (with Editor) is a MUST - great product. I've used it a couple of dozen times just going through this forum - capturing some of the articles etc and printing them out (also screen shots from the demos for ideas). SnagIt 9 Editor saves everything right there in it's tray and you can place them into different folders. I don't know how I would work without it.

Looks nice. I like the way the Engage interactions integrate with the screen.
I also like the terms of use at then end. |

Looks good, kal8. Thanks for sharing.
I noticed that the link to the quiz at the start of section 3 doesn't work.

Hey that's a default setting that I didn't add per se. The settings under the template builder in presenter were;
Browser size: Resize to optimal Presentation size: Lock presentation at optimal |

For Safe Schools Week I was sent an email with a group of attached PDF files. I used a web published tabs interaction to deliver the same information. There is no audio. My intent was to create a web based repository of the same information as was presented in the email.
You can view the blog post at Emergency Preparedness Systems, LLC » Blog Archive » Safe Schools Week or just the Engage interaction at Wisconsin Safe Schools Week Resources |

I like the ability to view the poster and then click a download link to the PDF.
