Default Hyperlinks and Navigation Buttons

I have a presentation that has several slides with hyperlinks on them that take the student to various slides throughout the presentation. My problem is when they push a hyperlink button and move to a different slide in the stack and then immediately press the back button it returns them to the previous slide on the stack NOT the one they came from. How can I selectively program the back button to make it so students can be returned to the page they hyperlinked from?

Hi LDusa,

That's not currently possible in Presenter '09 unless you set up branching that way yourself. There is no "Previous Slide" function in Presenter.

If you want to create a slide which takes people to the slide they linked from, you would have to create a unique slide for each hyperlink and then create the corresponding back hyperlink accordingly. ie. you could create a single hyperlink to a reference slide and then insert a hyperlink back to the main course. Typically, that reference slide would only be accessible through that one hyperlink.

Regards
