I believe I have a corrupt file.
When I preview in Presenter, everything works perfectly. Only when I publish in Presenter do I have any issues. My presentation has 5 engage slides which work perfectly. I also have a quiz at the end that works fine. The rest of my 130 slides are PowerPoint. Usually on slide 63 or 64 I run into issues. There are graphics missing or extra graphics shown, or some are a different sizes. The PowerPoint file is about 11MB without counting the engage or quiz file. It takes about 25 minutes to publish. I have attempted to follow the directions to fix a corrupt file and it did NOT work. I no nothing else to try. Any help/suggestion/guidance would be VERY welcome. Thanks, Troy |

If the using the Reuse slides from PowerPoint to rebuild your project did not correct this issue for you, try reducing the PowerPoint presentation to the two slides that are giving you issues and verify these slides indeed are the issue. If you delete these slides altogether does the publishing complete and without issues? - This would confirm the issue is related to these slides. Creating a new blank slide(s) and one by one adding elements from the original slide and publishing in between, are the steps commonly taken when troubleshooting a pesky presentation.

Hi,
Would it be possible to have access to that presentation? We believe this issue has been fixed for the release 5 of Studio. I would like to confirm if it is indeed the same issue. Thank you. Shyam |
