Question Unexpected Error; Quitting in PPT 2007

Hi everyone,

I use PPT 2007 and most recent version of E-Learning Studio.

A couple of weeks ago, I started getting an error message every time I launched PPT 2007 or clicked on any icon on the Articulate Toolbar.

"Unexpected error; quitting"

PowerPoint is locked up for a few seconds and then comes back.

Any suggestions on the possible culprit or a possible solution??

Thanks!

I would try this:

1. Close all running applications.
2. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs or Programs in Vista.
3. Double click Articulate Studio '09 and select Reinstall.
4. When the installation completes, restart your computer.
5. Try to duplicate your issue.

***Note*** If you are prompted to locate a file during the reinstall process, you will need to perform a reinstall by following the steps below instead of Steps 3 and 4:

1. Download Studio '09 here:
Articulate - Studio '09 Pro Download

2. Save the file to your desktop.
3. Double click the installer and select Reinstall.
4. Continue with steps 5 and 6 above.
