Is there a way to do one CSV export of every participants' question by question results for every question in one quiz? It seems you can export everyone's pass/fail or overall score in the Score Results tab, and the overall results for each question in the Answer Breakdown tab, but I'm looking for a combination of the two - a breakdown of responses of all questions by all people participating. I know you can export individuals' question breakdown in the Score Results one by one, but I want to do this for all 300 participants and don't want to have to do 300 exports and then merge the data back into one file. It feels like I'm missing something obvious!! Any ideas? As always, thanks for your help.

I'm not aware of a report that will export all answers by question broken down by individual participant. You may want to submit a feature request. Rather than requesting this specific report, you might request the option to download the raw data for a quiz. Then you can parse it in any manner you require.

We're looking into developing new reports for Articulate Online. Is the attached example report the kind of data you'd like to see here?
Important: This is only an example and does not guarantee that this type of report will be offered in Articulate Online in the future.

Having the ability export attendance and quiz scores should be a core function of quiz/questionnaire management. We would like to see it for web-based interaction (non-LMS).

Hi Robert- Welcome to the forums, and thanks for the input!
Are you saying that you'd like to see the above example report I attached added in Articulate Online? Or you're interested in something else? You do need something like Articulate Online or another server-based solution like an LMS to get tracking and reporting details on quizzes/surveys created with Quizmaker. There is an email results feature in Quizmaker, but you won't get the same level of detail as you do with Articulate Online reports.

We have been hired to create training content and a quiz for a client with many employees. Every employee is required to view a tutorial and answer a quiz (6/10 correct answers). We will host this training and the quiz on our server, a simple task for us. What is the simplest way to capture the employee quiz results, to confirm who has completed the quiz, without requiring employees to send an email? There must be a better way. Thanks, Robert

Hi, Robert. Articulate software is a content creation tool. As Gabe mentioned, you will need an LMS or a tool like Articulate Online if you want to track the results of students who take your courses. Articulate content is SCORM and AICC compliant, which makes it ideal for hosting in an LMS. Articulate Quizmaker does provide an optional Email Results feature that can be used if you are hosting your content on a Web server, but your best option for detailed reporting is an LMS.

Thank you, but acquiring an LMS is way beyond the scope of this task to build one tutorial and quiz for our client, and who would own the LMS?
I would appear that the quiz results are captutred internally by Articulate as a simple text file. Couldn't this text be sent via HTTP POST or FTP? This would mean a product customization request, I suppose, but this should be a very simple coding and UI modification. Regarding the emailing of the results by the user, there is a major flaw in this concept because the user can look at their own quiz scores in the body of the email before they send it -- and change them! I have tried telling Quizmaker that we have an LMS, when we don't, to be able to look at the exported quiz results and then parse the file to retreive just the quiz results. I assume it is some form of SCORM file, as text or XML, but I cannot find that results file anywhere. We've got some sharp programmers who could quickly mine this data, I just don't know where to find it. Getting over this hill would likely ensure the deployment of an Articulate presentation and quiz to about 15,000 employees, so any further help from the experts at Articulate would be appreciated and could benefit all of us! Thanks again!
