Updating Quizmaker in AO

I'm experiencing difficulties with embedded quizmaker interaction in AO.

I have 9 courses that should have a separate Quizmaker interaction embedded at the end.

One of my customers has noticed that most of the courses have the same quiz embedded.

I initially thought it was my mistake and so removed and then reattached the correct quiz. However, when I re-published to AO, the same (incorrect) quiz is displayed.

I then published the same course as a "web" course and tested - it was fine.

I have also looked closely at some of the other courses where i had originally thought I had loaded the incorrect quiz, and it looks like the correct quiz title is in place, but when the course is uploaded to AO it displays the incorrect one - this indicated to me that the correct quiz WAS loaded correctly to begin with.

Any ideas what is happening - I must admit I'm going around in circles here.

OK - a couple of hours of bashing my head against a brick wall and I've figured out what I was doing wrong.

I added all the quizes in on go i.e. open corse 1, and quiz 1, then added the quiz to course.
I then repeated for course 2, 3, 4 etc.

What I did not do was close the previous quiz in quizmaker first. When you open the second quiz - it looks fine but loads the first quiz everytime.
