I just signed up for the Trial for AO yesterday and I have been having so much fun already! What a user friendly system (I am not surprised...that is what sold me on Presenter and Quizmaker). Anyway, I have a pilot group testing it out along with me so I can get a feel for the product. I have been able to figure out most of the questions I have come across except for this one...
When I look at user activity it only seems to show me activity for a user if they viewed a presentation, not a quiz. I have 4 users that completed a quiz and although it shows in the scores report, the user activity report states that there is no activity for that user. Why aren't the quizes counting and showing up in user activity? (I hope my question makes sense.) Thanks! Sheri |

A content item needs to be set to private and the user needs to access it using their email and password for it to show up in the User Activity report. This is true of any type of content item. So the first thing I would do is take a look at the permissions for your quizzes.

Thanks for the reply! I'll have to look at it closer. I did not change any of the content items to private, but there is user activity for one of the Presenter content items. So are you saying that if they just log into the url and complete a course it does not show up as activity? They have to be invited in order for it to be recorded? Obviously I have some more learning to do!
I love your dog! Sheri |

If the content item is Public then they won't be recorded as actual user activity. If the content is set to private and the user logs in to view the content then it will be recorded as user activity. Below is a tutorial on setting permissions In Articulate Online:
