Although all our content is loaded as private, we are seeing a user "Anonymous" in our reports as having viewed some of our courseware. Can you explain? I have specific dates, times and examples.

If you haven't done so already, I would submit a case so that we can look at the examples and your account in more detail. This might be a due to a privately registered user losing a connection with the server and thus appearing as anonymous. Regards
