Hi All,
I have many users coming in via the Guestbook to take training. All of those users show up in the reports I produce via AO. I would like to be able to eliminate some of these users from the reports that are generated because they are not the core audience that should be taking the training and that I want to track. Is this possible? (I do not want to do this after-the-fact with manual elimination of names within Excel, for example, because I would have to do this every time I run a report.) |

Hi kkemsley-
This is a good question, but is currently not possible with AO. I'd encourage you to submit a feature request below, though: http://support.articulate.com/contact/feature/

You probably want to use Private User Accounts instead of using a guestbook. That way, only users that you intend to view the training can.

Unfortunately, I do not know in advance who the test takers are. My biggest problem, really, is just the 10 or 11 users who tested the quiz before it went "live". They now show up on every report which makes it impossible to look at the reports and see what's happening "at a glance". I think the ability to delete guest users from the reports would be a huge enhancement.
