This will bring to an end all those worries about email notifications! Rarely does a product simply do what it says on the tin. It is even rarer for a product to be so intuitive that it can be used without resorting to endless manuals. For IT illiterate people like myself, simply wanting to publish content and see who does what, at an affordable price, this is a winning solution. And you can try it for free, can't really get better than that. Well done.

Ditto! It really sounds great, especially for organizations that don't have or want to spend large sums of money for a contract that usually lasts 2 or more years. I look forward to working with it at my organization.
Thanks John ![]() |

Gabe,
Will the content we published in the Beta account be present in the live account once we sign up? And how many days do we have to sign-up for the full account before the Beta account is shut down? The reason I ask is that I will be signing up for Pro this weekend but have 2 key client presentations that are being viewed today and tomorrow and I don't want them to go dead on me. Thanks again for a great product! |

Hello,
You have the ability to upgrade your beta account to a full account. As soon as you sign up for the full account you just need to apply the serial number from your full account to your beta account and your beta account will be converted to a full account. To apply a full serial number to your beta account: 1. Buy a full account 2. Log in to your beta account 3. Go to Settings tab 4. Click Upgrade My Account The beta accounts will be disabled on the 9th of February. Glad you like the product. P.S. I answered for Gabe as he is out of town today.

Dear Articulate I have upgraded my AO BETA Account I am that impressed! Although it could have been cheaper, but I was bound to say that!!
However I am still presented with BETA versions of Presenter and Quiz maker! What should I do about this as they will run out shortly and my production capability will cease! I am sure though that you have the solution! Thanks DC |
